The parent company (SB Express) was incorporated in 2004 with financial documents pick up & drop services for Banks & NBFCs. Gradually in 2017 we added Verifications in our portfolio and started doing verifications for existing companies in a phased manner.
We worked strategically & patiently in last 3 years to create a niche for us by deploying manpower, understanding the market dynamics and the basic requirements. Once we felt we are capable enough to reach anywhere within TAT, we planned to give a brand name under the same umbrella as per the nature of the business.
For city locations it is 3 hours, for upcountry locations T+1 day and for remote locations T+2 days.
We have mobile app enabled field executives who are tracked as per longitude & latitude. Again each verification is supported by 4-5 photographs & a small video. In addition to this we have maker & checker concept. Post each submission of report the checker checks the report and in case any discrepancy it is redirected to executive. Till the submission is not confirmed by checker in the back office, the work is not over for the maker.
We have pincode as well as internal zone wise field team. Most of the team members are quite old in the system with almost nil attrition and hence well aware about the geography assigned and the app. With each new requirement they are properly trained before going to the field.
